Error Message

My students have been unable to acces Panoptos videos embedded in our D2L LMS for over 24 hours now. Same error message pops up. This is affecting multiple classes. With some big exams this coming week, we need help.

    This looks like something our Support team should investigate. One of my colleagues let me know that a Panopto Administrator at your organization has a ticket open for this particular matter and confirmed that our team is looking into it.
