Set course copy versions dependent on source course folders

Most of the time, when courses are copied in our LMS (Canvas) we want (reference) copies of Panopto videos to be made for the target course content. However, for certain sets of Panopto folders, we prefer that the videos in those folders remain originals and that targets of copies refer back to the original videos.
This feature request is to allow Panopto admins to designate a set of "original source only on copy" folders in Panopto, such that when courses are copied that contain videos sourced from those folders or their subfolders, that reference copies would not be made, but instead the targets would point back to the original videos.
