Recording showing in Desktop Recorder but not processing

Hi everyone,
I wonder if anyone can help? Although I expect all may be lost, I need to make sure as it was part of an assessment.
A presentation was recorded using the desktop recorder for Windows, but it appears to have crashed when they went to stop the recording. I can see the 14min recording on the recorder but when I go to upload it, it is stuck in processing (please note I manually clicked for it to upload on Manage Recordings).
The screenshot below is what my colleague can see. The stuck recording is the one going to their "My Folder". It says 14min in the duration column, so that suggests something it there (fingers crossed).
