Hello,
Are you using the Panopto Upload API to upload videos to your Panopto site? If so, although the AWS SDK requires an access key and secret key, you can use any values to initialize the AWS S3 client as shown in our Session Upload Example on GitHub.
If you are using a different API, or are still having difficulty uploading content with the Panopto Upload API, please let me know.
