Panopto Quiz Multiple Attempts not Recording Last Attempt Score in Blackboard Grade Center

I have an instructor who has deployed multiple Panopto videos in her Blackboard course content areas utilizing the Panopto Quiz (LTI) tool. In the quizzes themselves (in Panopto), they have enabled multiple attempts for student users. However, in the corresponding Blackboard Grade Center columns, the only score being recorded is from the first attempt. No overwrite is taking place following a second attempt, even if the second attempt score is higher. Is this normal behavior for the Blackboard LMS integration?
