No audio detected alert for Remote Recorder

Would it be possible to add a 'No audio detected' popup alert for Panopto Remote Recorder, in the same way it works for Panopto Recorder for Windows.
This would hopefully catch those lecturers that fail to see the mics in the room are all muted.
Further to this, it would be great if an audio meter could be opened from the Remote Recorder task bar icon so they could visually see that audio is being received.
