Folder-level statistics should include sessions with 0 views

edited August 16 in Feature Requests

Currently, content owners must intuit the stats of a session with 0 views by its absence from the folder-level csv report. This requires the user to also have a list of potential sessions handy in order to compare that list with the contents of the report.

In order to aid in retention planning by each owner, the folder-level stats csv report should include sessions with 0 views. This would allow the owner to see which videos may be subject to a retention policy archive or deletion based on the last-viewed timestamp.

I understand that the folder-level is designed to be date specific, and therefore including sessions with 0 views is counterintuitive to that purpose. However, at minimum reports derived from the "Any Time" date range should include unwatched sessions.
