Video quiz tool not working in Ultra Base navigation

Is anyone using Blackboard Ultra Base Navigation, and experiencing issues with the quiz tool?
We've recently migrated to the LTI 1.3 from the Building block, and now our quizzes don't work in Original courses.
With the LTI 1.3 in place there's no way to configure another LTI 1.1 link in accordance with this guide.

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and what you've done to mitigate/resolve it.
