Multi-Language Content (v2) filter and Panopto Student Submission activity title bug

Interestingly, there seems to be a bug(?) how Panopto Student Submission activity Name -textfield is rendered in the Moodle since it shows the Multi-Language Content (v2) code tags along with all language versions. All other activities names are rendered correctly with the filter in use. It renders correctly in the "Course index" drawer, though.
How does the Panopto Student Submission activity Name -textfield differ from these other activities?
