Quiz problem, student can't click on radio button to select answer

Hello, one of my students cannot select the correct answer on quiz questions because the round, radio buttons can't be clicked on an activated. This is only happening to one student out of around 100. Anyone experienced this and have a suggested fix? Thank you.

Richard - What OS and browser is the student using? We've seen weird things occur when the user's OS and browser are a year or more out of date. Most of the time, it's beem macOS users who haven't updated their machines in a year or longer.
