Using xAPI to Track Video Interactions Externally

We would like the ability to connect Panopto to an external LRS to send statements such as play, pause, complete, etc. Doing so would allow us to track completions even if a video was viewed directly in the Panopto platform. This would also consolidate analytics into our current LMS reducing the need to export reports in Panopto.
