How can I upload my offline video?

I have made a panopto recording of my exam earlier today. Silly me, I forgot to set to what folder the recording should be stored to, and the app thus decided it should be offline.
My recording is listed here:
If I click 'upload to server', I get the following pop-up:
But the 'choose a folder'-drop down is empty:
I am logged in properly. Tried restaring the app and my pc. To no avail.
I have read Panopto may have had server issues today, that may have something to do with it.
Is there anything I can do besides waiting and trying to upload every other hour?
