Caption and audio description reports

We want to be able to track the number of recordings with captions and audio descriptions and see how it changes over time. The API/report should include the origin of the captions: vendor manual captioning, vendor AI captioning, manual captioning, auto captioning, or uploaded captions. We also want to know if the captions have been edited and see which recordings have audio descriptions.
