AI Audio Noise Clean Up and Rubber banding

Hello Panopto and Friends!

I would like to feature request some audio editing tools for the editor. I'm not sure if any of this is on the roadmap or coming with Elai's abilities being built into the core product.

AI noise clean up/adjustable noise clean up - Ability to clean up and remove any unwanted noises in a video, like rustling, microphone moving, static, etc. Recently I had an instructor upload a video to Panopto and there was a lot of noise under him because was sitting on the antenna or cable of the wireless microphone he was wearing. I had to download the video out of Panopto and edit in Camtasia, where they now have an AI noise removal effect that is mind-blowingly amazing in how effective it is. It would be great if this was built into Panopto so we wouldn't have to go into another program to do this.

Audio rubber banding - Ability to add little node points on the audio at different spots so we can fade audio in and out to remove or add it at certain times as necessary. Again, see Camtasia or almost any other non-linear editor on the market.

Thank You!

+1000 - This would save our bacon quite frequently. If the cloud processing/cost of maintaining that was part of the reason features like this haven't made their way into the platform yet, it would be super helpful if we even had a more robust integration with Camtasia to use. The Export option is fantastic, but using it for Panopto native content is always a challenge because you lose out on the multi-stream playback (without a ton of extra work).
