Enabling approval workflow and behavior with existing videos

Please add an option to select what behavior should be when enabling approval workflow on a folder. I believe the default behavior SHOULD be that enabling approval workflow only effects NEW videos and not EXISTING videos. Videos that are already viewable should NOT go back into a pending approval state.

Currently, when enabling the approval workflow, it puts all existing and "approved" videos in the folder back into a "pending approval" state. Not only does it send out 1 approval email per video to your publishers, there is also no way to bulk approve videos easily. This seems like a huge footgun since we tried changing this setting on an existing folder with hundreds videos and accidentally sent out hundreds of approval emails. There also wasn't an easy way to bulk approve afterward, so we simply turned the approval workflow back off, making this feature not helpful in its current state.
