Move PIP to top right instead of bottom right in embedded videos

The PIP in embedded videos is on the bottom right by default and when the video plays, the close captions and video controls are overlayed on the PIP area degrading the viewing experience. It would be best if there is an admin global setting to move the PIP elsewhere e.g. on the top right.
