Create a caption editor role

I thought I had requested this feature before, but I cannot find it. So I am starting again.
It would be great if we had a 'Caption Editor' role.
The role could then be assigned to trusted users (mainly students) on certain folders or videos that would only allow them to edit the automatically generated captions to a video.
This would be a quick and easy way to increase the accuracy of the automated captions, without the worry of giving full edit rights to content.
