We are looking to host some larger events in Teams, and the native recording options are frankly not producing a video that I can rely on. When there is a shared screen, the webcam becomes unusable and there are many cases where we need to use that stream for a produced event. In Zoom, this isn't an issue because everything is captured separately, but in Teams, the result is rough.
It would be fantastic if we could get some way to capture the streams coming out of the Teams client:
Obviously this would be a complicated setup, but the alternatives are frankly limited and Panopto could earn a big win for this sort of event.
