Long delay for viewer comments to show up during webcast

I just tested out my first Panopto webcast for teaching a class, and everything worked well except there seemed to be about a 45 second delay from when a viewer would post a comment in the discussion box and when the comment would show up for me (the instructor). Obviously this makes it difficult to have any type of real-time interaction. Is this just due to the sudden high demand with everyone going to distance learning, or is this a previous issue? Anything I can do to decrease that lag?

As the presenter, you should be able to see questions/comments right away (though, your broadcast will operate on a slight delay to students).
