Hello - We want to let you know about an issue affecting the display of used user licenses on the license page in our Europe, Japan, Australia and Asia clouds.
What is the issue?
The number of used User Licenses is incorrectly only showing user licenses consumed since July 2nd, 2025. The correct data remains stored in the database and this issue is purely cosmetic. No functionality of Panopto is impacted due to this issue. No action is required at this time.
Which versions of Panopto are affected?
Our Europe, Japan, Australia and Asia clouds
When will this be resolved?
We are working on a hotfix to resolve this issue and expect to release it by the end of the week.
