Had a faculty member reach out: Is there a way to prevent students from downloading the captions transcript file in a Panopto video? currently teaching a summer class, and one of the students let them know that others are downloading the transcript file and then uploading it to ChatGPT, so they'd like to prevent them from being able to download the file if possible."
As more AI ins found around campuses, allowing creators to control what downloads the vieweres have access to on a more modular level can hep creators. At the moment, there is an all or nothing site-wide option on such settings.
