Creators and owners request VSP and full navigation functionality for their content.

Hello.
When instructors view content in the viewer, they cannot use the VSP and forward functions.
VSP and forward functions should be enabled only if the content is owned by the instructor or if the instructor has video creator permissions.
This is very inconvenient.
