Is anybody still experiencing Canvas to Panopto LTI issues?

I have had a ticket open since Monday, as we are still experiencing issues with user provisioning from Canvas to Panopto. Users can get access to their recordings if they start at their course in Canvas and then go to Panopto Video from the navigation pane there, but they only have access to that one Panopto folder. Past courses provisioned from Canvas are gone, and if they navigate away from that current course, they immediately lose access to that course, so new provisioning is not sticking.
According to last night's email, this problem has been resolved by Panopto as of last Friday, but we are still experiencing it and getting zero feedback on the ticket. Are we alone here, or are there other schools also having this issue? Thanks!

Are you seeing this with just Students or Students and Faculty, etc.? We are definitely not seeing that issue here (not that I'm aware of, anyway), but this definitely sounds like a new issue.
Both students and faculty. As soon as they access Panopto via Canvas, it provisions their account for that course, but removes the previous course (or courses) that was already provisioned via Canvas. So, as of last week, our users have to go through Canvas to access their Panopto content and can only have access to the most recent course they have accessed. Just started last week, so definitely feels like remnants of last weeks issues. My ticket is with the developers, so waiting for news.
