List of URLs to whitelist for Panopto videos?
We have recently added support for embedding Panopto videos in our product. As part of our product we have also created integrations in products such as Teams and Zoom. We have now run into some issue when trying to play Panopto videos in our Zoom integration.
The issue we are having, is that our Zoom app/integration requires us to whitelist all URLs that serve content to the app, this would then also include any URLs to Panopto videos. We have been investigating the issue a bit, and from what we can tell videos are served from a CloudFront URL, but CloudFront is such a vast domain that can be used to host anything, so Zoom doesn't accept it to be whitelisted.
My question is this, does Panopto have a list of URLs that need to be whitelisted for all videos to work? As I mentioned, in our case it is a problem for our Zoom integration. Another similar case could be if there are some firewall settings that need to be updated, to allow viewing of Panopto videos within a company network for example, what URLs should be whitelisted in that case?

Thanks for your reply. I checked the link you posted, but I have no option to open any case, I just get redirected to https://support.panopto.com/s/ . There isn't any 'case' option visible in the top navigation for me either.
I tried reaching out to your support via e-mail as well, but all I got was this:
"Your case, List of URLs to whitelist for Panopto videos, has been closed as your email address is not listed as an authorized point of contact. Please contact your organization's authorized contact or helpdesk for support with Panopto. They can be reached via:"
This is why I asked the question on the forums, as I was hoping someone here could assist with my question.
I'm getting the impression that I would have to setup some sort of organization account and start some trials, or pay for services I don't need to get access to support. I have no interest in this, I just want someone to answer my question.
