How to restore a deleted folder?

Hi,
We have a folder that was previously provisioned from Moodle. We deleted the folder by accident but we want to restore the folder with the same ID. Is it possible?
Note: Before deleted the folder, we have moved the content out of the folder to somewhere else so the content was safe. We have also other systems that rely on the existence of this folder but they have to identify the folder with the same ID as before.
I have taken a look at the Recycle Bin, but there lies the deleted content, not the deleted folder.

I think if you restore the content it will automatically restore deleted parent folders. They should have the same ID.

Ah that works… Luckily we have previously deleted something from that folder, otherwise this would probably have become impossible.
