A separate email address for notification?

Every user account has an email address associated. Panopto seems to use the email address for everything such as authentication, notification, etc.

I am not sure if this is possible at the moment but I wonder if it is possible to have a different email address just for receiving email notifications from Panopto?

My use case is that we have a service account but it hasn't got a mailbox. All the emails this account receives will be forwarded to the personal mailbox of whom owns the service account. It will be much more sensible if Panopto can send the email notifications to one of our service mailboxes where the whole service team has access to.
