Knowledge Insights - Surface potential FERPA problems

It would be awesome if we had a dashboard that could show us, and help act on, content that is potentially in violation of FERPA.
Specifically, I would love to see all of the sessions that were produced by a meeting integration (Teams/Zoom) within a course context and were either copied/moved to another folder, or are in a course folder that allows for unauthenticated views.
Bonus points if we could produce some bespoke messaging to users automatically/periodically when things like this happen.
Currently there is no logging that is available to us to allow for this. I also hope that the Knowledge Insights BI connector will have access to audit logs, so we'd be able to build something like this.

Love this idea, Michael! An at-a-glance view of content that may be violating FERPA would be a great addition to content management.
In the meantime, we do have a partial solution to this through our Usage Reports. Creating a System Session Storage report will provide information on where the videos were produced (Stream Source) and the folder/course they are in (Folder Name/ID). Session-level analytics will also highlight any anonymous users; if there's a particular folder you want to verify is getting unauthenticated viewers, that's where to check!
These, however, do not include the ability to see historical session information (such as being moved).
All of that said, I've filed this away with the team. For anyone interested in this feature: Feel free to drop a comment to go into further detail on any roadblocks related to this, or how this new report would be a boon for your workflows.
