Remote Recording - Improved UX for moving a scheduled recording

There are some programs here that would potentially benefit from scheduled recording, however, because it is difficult to move a scheduled recording from one room to another in the event of a room change, they are unable to use the feature.

What I would propose here is that upcoming scheduled recordings should be shown in the desktop recording client. If a user is set as a creator on a recording that is scheduled to start soon (say within 30 mins) and they log in from another machine, they should be given the opportunity to pivot that scheduled recording to the machine they are currently logged in on instead of the scheduled recorder.

To help meet the needs of organizations who use recording appliances instead of the software RR app, we should also be able to pair a desktop machine with a recording appliance.
