We have a number of cases where academics makes bulk scheduled recordings based over a 4 month period. In some cases such as reading week, we have noticed that the room is empty.
Is it possible for Panopto to generate a report on empty unused rooms. In a majority of these cases, the room is unused, so no captures are created. It would be great if we could have the ability to generate a report based on no captions within recordings, which could be used to quickly identify "blank/ empty" recordings. . The report could also help identify when a recording does not contain any audio (such as Lecturer forgets to wear a lapel Mic) or identify problematic teaching spaces.
