Live broadcast capability of Panopto video

When displaying a Panopto Video in MS Teams via the Panopto App, currently the attendees need to start the video themselves and can move forward and backward in the video. Can there be a setting where the Panopto becomes more of a live video that attendees can not control and control is only with the Presenter? The idea being that attendees feel like they are in a live broadcast.
