H1 video title
In an embeded player, if the title of a video is empty or you dont show the video title, it still renders the h1-tag either empty or with the text inside set to display: none.
This is an issue for accessibility, since it disrupts the heading structure of the site.
Could the empty h1 tag be removed or instead of the title be set to display: none?
Also it would be great to have the option to change the heading level of the video title.
