Automate viewing statistics notification

One of our faculty would like a feature in Panopto that will automatically send an email to a student with their viewing stats for class videos. Number of times viewed, and duration. The email should also be copied to the instructor so that they can consider giving students extra credit for their efforts in watching the video content.
