Since we implemented our auto-archive policy after 2 years of not being viewed (a great feature!), a couple faculty said they were frustrated that they didn't get notifications about the move to archive—which takes 2-3 days before the videos can be recovered. While system admin get the notifications, it would clearly help our users to get that notification, too, so they can prevent their media from being moved to the archive—if that's important to them.
