"Pair" Remote Recorders

We've got some high impact spaces on campus where we want to make sure things are recorded even in the event of a major hardware failure, so we've got two PCs installed (one being the Podium as the primary device, the backup is a headless Windows box that just records cameras along with the feeds going to projectors).
It works well, but it is a pain to schedule and things could easily get messed up since it's all manual. It would be helpful if we were able to set up a similar relationship to what we have for Primary and Secondary Remote Recorders, but for Primary and Backup Remote Recorders. Even better if the hand-off of the "backup" recording in the event of a failure could be automatic.
