Easier way to move a secondary stream to a primary stream.

Currently, changing a secondary stream to a primary stream requires downloading the secondary stream and dragging and dropping it into a primary stream. This is laborious and time consuming. I request that a change be made that the primary and secondary streams be more easily swapped from the Edit option in Panopto.
