This update will be applied after business hours on May 28th, 2026.

Organization admins will now receive email notifications when their workspace is running low on minutes and when there are not enough minutes remaining to render a video.

Admins can now use the Voices and the Avatars workspace-level settings to restrict access to custom voices per workspace, rather than applying a single setting across the entire organization.

Users can now rate AI-generated content across outline generation, story and slides, and AI-generated speech. Hover over the content and then click on either the thumbs up or thumbs down to submit a rating. When submitting a thumbs-down, users will also be able to include a comment explaining why they found the material unsatisfactory.


Feedback controls disappear if AI content is manually edited and reappear if the content is regenerated. All feedback — including scores and written comments — is tracked in analytics.

The User Profile has a new Subscription section that provides users with better visibility into minute balances at both the organization and workspace levels.

The name "Video Summary" has been replaced with "AI Recast" in the following areas:

  • Outline step
  • Default naming
  • Prompt field text
  • Description text
  • Tags
  • Summary folder — new items created within the folder are now labeled as AI Recast accordingly.
