Alert a content owner/creator that their content will be archived soon

We have two archiving policies running, one for general course folders and another for My Folders. It would be really helpful for our content owners/creators to be alerted either a week in advance or a custom amount of time via email, and maybe in Panopto itself, that a policy action will be running on some of their content.

Our users are aware of our archiving policies, but they do not get any real warning from Panopto that any of their content will soon be archived. This wouldn't be so bad if it were quick to get content back out of the archive, but as it can now take up to 72 hours to get something out, it is a bit unreasonable not to give content owners the chance to exempt a video from being archived. The only way content knows of something being archived is when students complain to them that the content is missing etc.

So, as much as admins get a generic email saying x amount of videos will be archived soon, it would be helpful if the impacted content owners/creators were told specifically if any of their content will be archived.
