Request for CSV Export functionality on Content Retention History page (FR-2608)

As an administrator managing a large university environment, I would like to request the ability to export our Content Retention History and Audit reports as a CSV file. Currently, the Retention History page provides great insights, but it lacks the depth needed for administrative auditing and communication. Having a CSV export that includes the following metadata would significantly improve our ability to manage content policies and keep faculty informed: - Folder Path: The complete parent folder path. - Creator Information: A list of users with user information such as username, email, etc. - Direct Links: URLs for both the session details and the parent folder. - Session Details: Metadata including video length, creation/edit dates, and engagement metrics. - Detailed Source: Clear identification of the upload source. Having this data available for download would allow us to perform more thorough audits and better communicate retention actions to our users. Thank you for considering this addition to the platform!
