On June 20th, Canvas released an update that changed how User-Agent headers are handled. Although this update was communicated, the OAuth endpoints responsible for grade passback were not included in the list of affected areas. As a result, both video completion and quiz-based grading for LTI 1.3 assignments are impacted.
We are actively working with Canvas to determine whether the change to these endpoints was intentional and to establish a path forward. In the meantime, grades recorded in Panopto remain visible, but may not be passed through to Canvas.
