KIDC - Add some fields related to folders created by LMS integration

There is a somewhat rare bug that comes up where some or all of the ACL groups that are created and added to the folder by the integration aren't properly added to the folder (rather, multiple folders are created but the ACLs aren't added to the "right" folder). There are a known set of attributes to flag when this happens, and I'd like to build a dashboard and alerting on these so we can resolve them proactively.
For that, we'd need some new fields to be added to the KIDC:
- folder creation dates
- ACL user groups associated with a folder
- "IsMappedFolder" attribute
