Trying to recover recordings from an old personal Panopto account
Hi! I had a personal Panopto account that I created in 2022. The account was associated with my email address.
I have several recordings from that account that I really want to recover. I still have the original Panopto emails containing links to the recordings.
For example, I have this original recording link from December 28, 2022:
When I click the link now, it redirects me to the Panopto support page instead of opening the recording.
I understand that the old personal Basic/Pro plans were discontinued in 2023. Is there any possibility that these old recordings are still retained and can be recovered or exported?
I still have the original emails and recording links showing that the recordings existed.
