Improve the Htp Tour instructions

When no audio and/or camera elements on the PC, people can't use Panopto to record on the machine. However, they can launch the Panopto recoder and go through the Help Tour. The information does not help people (see a screenshot). Can the Help Tour information be improved? If it can't find audio sources, it may just show an audio source is needed rather than a malposition "Audio volume" message.
