Search Menu default Folder - Don't always start at the Root please

Dear Panopto Developers,

When we try to move a video in the Move Dialog window, or save a video from from the Brightspace integration — basically anytime you you encounter the enter the dialog box shown below.

This menu takes us to the top menu root and then you have to navigate back down into the folder the video is in. It would be helpful if the menu showed folders in reference to the folder the video is already in, rather than reverting to the top level with all folders closed. We know there is a Type to Search function, but we have similarly named folders and that can make it hard to find the correct folder. That is just a suggestion for making it easier. We have the same issue with the same Search interface inside of the Brightspace integration, so if this would fix it in both places -- or everywhere the Search bar exists --- that would be a great improvement someday.
