Where possible, restore recording when using "Reimport" button in Zoom integration

The "Reimport" button in the Zoom integration should be available as long as a deleted meeting recording is able to be restored. Clicking this button should restore the deleted meeting, then the integration should automatically delete the Zoom recording again, as it normally does. When a meeting series has many individual recordings, it can be a difficult process to determine which is which between the two platforms.
