Why do I keep getting this error message when I try to record?

It says media pipeline failure 0x00d3704. I have downloaded all of the media feature packs for my pc.

    I spoke with another team member from Panopto, and we think this issue should go to our Support team. I'll also be reaching out to your college's Panopto administrator to keep them in the loop - keep an eye out for an email regarding this matter.
