Could Panopto use Zoom Chat or Slack shared channel to interact with customers

I do believe Panopto has Zoom account with Zoom including Zoom Chat.

It would be great if Panopto team could interact with customers via Zoom Chat or Slack.

Alex - We don't plan to do a real-time integration with VOD + Zoom or Slack. We are looking to build an integration that would allow for live webcast discussion/chat to be held over Slack. Thanks. -Dave
