Can't sign into Panopto on a particular device.

Hi everyone,

To make it short, I am currently unable to sign into my University's Panopto link on my laptop. I can sign in and watch videos on other devices (such as my mobile & my brother's laptop). I have done everything from updating my computer, using different browsers, clearing cache & turning off my anti-virus program. I was hoping to find someone who could possible know a reason why specifically my laptop will not sign into Panopto. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
