Hi there,
after uploading my video (mp4), and processing the audio lags about 15 seconds after the video. What can I do to prevent this?

Hi Sebastian,
Did you upload a Zoom recording, or was it another type of MP4? We're noticing audio lag issues on manual uploads of Zoom recordings here at Harvard, but we're still trying to get a sense of whether it's limited to Zoom videos or not.

exactly, I was uploading a recording of a Zoom meeting. I could convert to a different format before I upload - did you have better experience with different formats?

Reposting my comment here, just in case you don't see it on the other thread :-) This would be something our Support team should look at, as your audio/video shouldn't be out of sync. To expedite this matter, and make things easier for you, I will submit a ticket on your behalf and let your local Panopto administrator know that you're experiencing this.
