Mouse Cursor Size
Hi,
I've increased the size of my mouse pointer for accessibility reasons. When I record a video, the mouse size is recorded as the default (smaller) size.
I know there is the option to highlight the mouse but is there any way to record videos with a larger mouse pointer as well?
Thanks.

Hi Stephanie,
At this time, you can record the enlarged cursor without it being highlighted, but if you want the highlighted cursor, it will need to be set to the standard cursor size (small).
Here's a recording of what the enlarged and smaller cursors look like when they captured, without the highlight, to give you an idea:
I encourage you to submit a Feature Request to have the ability to highlight an enlarged cursor here: New Feature Request.
Best wishes,
Cait

Just following up on this issue as I've also found that Panopto is unable to capture the scaled mouse on Windows 11 on a brand new Dell Optiplex 7020 w/ an NVDIA 4060 graphics card. However, I have an older Dell Optiplex 7000 w/ an NVDIA 3070 and that is able to capture the scaled mouse, but the new Dell is unable to do that.
Can anyone confirm Panopto's ability to capture a scaled mouse on a recent system?
Or have you had this issue where it didn't captured a scaled mouse and then solved it via configuration change to be able to capture a scaled mouse? I have spent several hours on this to no avail, so your help is appreciated, Phil
Here's an example of what I'm seeing:
Panopto support wasn't able to determine why this is happening, any insight is appreciated.
