iMac FaceTime HD Camera suddenly inoperable
We have a user with current setup iMac 21.5 inch (2017) running Catalina (10.15.6) and the version of Panopto is 9.0.0 (220.127.116.11985). We're running Panopto Cloud.
User reports a few months ago their setup was working well with the Panopto client but, on opening it up in the last week or so, the same camera is no longer available as Primary Source, though it is selectable as Secondary Source and works within Panopto Capture. User reports that there has been an OS update in the time between last succesful use and now.
User has tried uninstalling and re-installing Panopto client.
Any thoughts for a cause/fix?
